Tasting Notes: Pale gold, with a hint of green. Fine bubbles. The palate is creamy and smooth, with lingering aromas of freshly baked bread, golden delicious apples, and Meyer lemon. 

Food Pairings: Great as an aperitif or enjoy with ceviche, salads, white fish, or soft cheeses.
