Sayre's Insane Breakfast Casserole Recipe
Aug 15, 2020
If you know me, you know I am a lover of MANY things. My list is long. What can I say? I like to get excited. On the very tippy-top though, standing proudly, with an ice-cold mimosa in hand- is a Nice. Long. Wet. Brunch with the people you love most. Brunch to me is a time to really reflect on your week, recharge for the coming week ahead, count your blessings, count your blessings again, and giggle your morning away.
Ina's Mustard Roasted Fish
Jul 25, 2020Sooo… I have a confession. I’m in a bit of a cooking rut.
It’s been a long time coming. After almost 5 months of cooking at home for Every. Single. Greetings, from my side of the universe! You would have to be without a soul to have been immune to the emotional effects of the most recent tragedies and current state of our world in the past several weeks, months and heck, the entire year. One of the most tried and true methods to help heal that soul, is FOOD, and good food at that. Food nourishes, heals, warms and comforts and cooking is insanely therapeutic. A compilation of many different things that, once put together, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Sayre's Easy Lobster Salad

If you know me, you know that lobster is in my top five. Broiled, poached, Maine, or Florida...it doesn't matter. This decadent and almost sinfully-good tasting meat paired with lemon and drawn butter makes me swoon. So when Jordan surprised me this past Friday for my birthday, with Maine lobster for 2, he went above and beyond and got a third lobster so we would have leftovers and I could play around with some recipes (does this man know me or what?)
