Our Magnolia Garden Flutter Dress was designed after Magnolia Gardens in Charleston. It features a drawstring waist, 4 tiers and buttons going upwards from the bottom of the dress to the bust. The Magnolia Garden Flutter Dress is perfect for lunch out with the girls or even hosting the perfect party. This is Victoria's favourite dress and has been shortened to a mini version.
